Pay for OTR Flatbed
Company Driver Jobs
- Both empty AND loaded miles paid
- Guaranteed Pay: We guarantee Lone Star drivers a weekly minimum when you’re available for dispatch.
- Tarp pay
- Toll tags and CAT scale pass

- $1,500 for completing our 5-day orientation program, plus $150/ day for finishing any required securement training. We cover all expenses for your travel and stay, too!

Minimum Requirements, OTR Flatbed Company Driver Jobs
- Must be 22 years of age
- Must have 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years of verifiable OTR experience within the previous 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 36 months (non-serious)
- No DUI within the past 5 years (only 1 in your lifetime, and none in a CMV)
